Teacher: Prachi, what happened?
Student: Ma'am, I was listening to a song on Jawaharlal Nehru. In that song, the word Chacha was coming after Nehru again and again. Ma'am, why is this so?

Teacher: Jawaharlal Nehru was born in Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. His mother was Swarup Rani Nehru. His father was Motilal Nehru, who was very rich. His wife was Kamla Nehru. Her daughter, who you would know, was Indira Gandhi.
Student: Ma'am, I know Indira Gandhi. She was one of the pioneers in India's freedom struggle. 
Teacher: Yes, Prachi, you are correct. Jawaharlal Nehru was born on 14th November 1889. 
Student: Ma'am, that is the day when we celebrate Children's Day. So, is there any specific reason for this?
Teacher: Yes, Prachi, there is a specific reason for this. Chacha Nehru loved cute and sweet children like you.
Student: Oh, thank you, ma'am!
Teacher: Chacha Nehru played a very significant role in India's freedom struggle. He was a great friend of Gandhiji. They both spent time together thinking for the betterment and freedom of India. Jawaharlal Nehru was a politician. But, Do you know what happened when India was under British rule?. Jawaharlal Nehru was fighting there but, something happened?
Student: No, ma'am but, my excitement level is going higher and higher to know about this.
Teacher: When Jawaharlal Nehru was fighting in the battle against the Britishers; they sent him to jail. There he wrote many letters to his daughter. Can you recall who is his daughter?
Student: Ma'am I think it was Indira Gandhi
Teacher: Excellent Prachi, I am glad that you are attentive. So, he wrote many letters to Indira Gandhi and all the members of his family. He grappled and fought against the British and finally, he succeeded in making India free and an independent country. 
Student: Thank you so much teacher for giving me a lot of information about Jawaharlal Nehru.
