 GANDHIJI- THE FATHER OF THE NATION



Gandhiji, the noteworthy patriot of India who led the avenue of freedom.   He was the proponent of non-violence and truth was his pillar of existence. He was not just a man of talks, but also of action. He uprooted the rule of the British with mettle and sacrifices. Gandhiji is remembered in the whole world for his morality. 


There are four powerful weapons of Gandhiji. They are Non-violence, truth, love, and fraternity.  He used means of non-violence because he didn't want to harm anyone. He also used this method to attain freedom from the Britishers. Gandhiji paved and followed his path of truth. He was never untruthful to anyone. Gandhi believed all people are equal from untouchables to people like us to be the same and thinks of them as their brothers and sisters. He was friendly to everyone. He was the friends of good ones and the enemy of bad ones.


 He introduced diverse movements like the Quit India movement, Dandi March, and many such movements. This originated the spirit of the swadeshi and the boycott movement. He presented the handspun woven Khadi made by the hand-operated machine charkha. Khadi came up to symbolize nationalism, equality, and self-reliance. His esteem words for this movement, "Do or die." This tells that he was very adamant about achieving his goals. 


Gandhiji in all influenced the golden bird- India. He has left a drastic impact on the future of the conflicting country.  Today, on this special day of this glorious leader, his miraculous works have left a mark in the world. He is thus entitled as 'Gandhiji- the father of the nation'
